Couldn’t speak high enough about our experience. It feels like history comes alive again and there’s a lot about this building! Great and very friendly hosts, really can’t recommend more, we are definitely staying here again next time we are in the area

If I could give 10+ Stars ⭐⭐⭐ I definitely would!! Lauren and husband were beyond amazing they made sure I felt safe and it's hard not to when you're given keys to the castle. She was super friendly, kind and truly beautiful! The room was better than any hotel and don't even waste your time with dirty motels. THIS is THE PLACE to stay if you're in the Austin, NV area. The only downside about the location is it's super remote not close to civilization, so don't have car issues it will take hours for someone to assist. Yet, even in that these beautiful folks went above and beyond to try and assist me and keep me comforted and comfortable. The pictures are true to reality of the room, everything was super cleaned and they provided complimentary water and tea

(Magnolia Inn Vacation Rental) I had the pleasure of renting this home while on an extended stay in Austin. You will feel like your home away from home. The layout is friendly, the house is clean and tidy. The views are perfect to overlook the town and the wildlife. If your looking for an enjoyable place to just get away and relax then this is the place you need to stop at!

Great service. Last minute while passing through. Best bed and sleep in over two weeks on the road. Charming and clean and exactly the refresh I needed. Thanks to the owners!

I contacted the Magnolia Gallery & Inn to arrange a one-night stay in June of 2023. Other locations in Austin required a two-night stay, and I was just passing through the area and only needed to stay one night. Laurian was very easy to contact, and she informed me that the Magnolia Gallery & Inn didn't require a two-night stay on weekends. After hearing that, I made the reservation on the spot. The Inn is in a building from the late 1800s, and as such the stairs, doors, and floors creak. That's no problem at all - in fact, it kinda adds to the charm and history of the building, which overall is quite cozy. Yes, the building is old, however the owners have been making renovations, and the room I stayed was in great shape. The space around the bed is a bit limited, but that's okay - the bed had plenty of space for me to stretch out and relax. The bathroom is small, but again, keep in mind that the building is from the 1880s, and things weren't constructed the same as modern buildings are. The towels provided were nice and plush - far better than the standard thin, white hotel towels you'll find across the country. The sitting room was furnished and set up nicely. I also enjoyed conversing with the owners of the Magnolia. We enjoyed probably about an hour worth of conversation, most of which was about how Google Earth can be used to plan out exploring areas. LOL! Overall, the only "complaint" I could lodge, would be that in the stairwell, while going up the stairs, if you're not careful you may end up bumping your shoulder on part of the upper floor that was constructed so that it juts into the stairwell - and that's just a quirk of how this old building was constructed, and is no fault at all of the owners. Would I stay there again? Yes. Without hesitation.

This is a perfect gem! The room was spacious and absolutely clean; all the furniture and fixings are sparkling new, including the flooring throughout, and sinks and shower enclosure. The sitting room was comfy with a couch and wing chairs, and we enjoyed using the sink and microwave. The owners were attentive, kind, and polite. Sadly the town doesn’t have much to offer (many shops haven’t recovered from the years of closure due to covid) but as a place to stop while in transit across Nevada, this small historic hotel is just perfect!

Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Very clean rooms with comfy beds. Refrigerator and microwave were a nice surprise. Really appreciated the bottled water. Beautiful old building with an interesting mix of new and antique furniture. Comfortable sleeper sofa in sitting area. We really enjoyed our stay, and plan on going back as soon as possible.
